As the premiere BSA Troop in downtown State College, we are pleased to have members from all over Centre County, PA. Our troops, BSA Troop 31B and BSA Troop 31G, meet 50 out of 52 Tuesdays each year at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 250 E College Ave, State College, PA 16801 (see map below).

Troops 31B and 31G work together hosting many camping, service and other events each year.  We also focus on the development of leadership and life skills for all of our Scouts.

Troop 31 is part of the Nittany Mountain District within the Juniata Valley Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  We have been a chartered troop for over 100 years, and we are very pleased to have State College/Downtown Rotary Club as our chartering organization!
